Givethanksing
Andy started his new position, Vice Chancellor's Fellow, at the beginning of the month. He's kind of a big deal. Alice has cut her first tooth, while Jane is getting ready to lose her first. And me, I'd like to sleep through the night again at some point.
George went to work with Andy the other day. Using the computer...
Scope work...
Forams (I assume)
Washing glassware
Checking his calculations
I'm not sure what Alice was eating here, but she seems happy about it.
My cousin told me to make some chocolate chip snickerdoodles, and as I said to Andy, what was I going to do, not make them?
Somebody's ready for a snack.
It was me.
I took Jane to Clip and Climb on Sunday. It's nice that Alice can go longer in between needing me, so I can leave her home with Andy sometimes.
After our first Uber driver canceled because he couldn't find us, we walked down the road a bit to what we hoped would be an area that was easier to find. And we found this. What was it? Not sure.
We got Alice one of those ring-stacking toys.
Alice and I met up for (second) breakfast with my friend Louise yesterday. Alice had some of my beans, potatoes, and mushrooms. Why yes, I did get an English breakfast, how did you know?
Alice looking at the postcard Aunt Corey sent her
Not pictured: the big saddies when I wouldn't let her eat it.

November
Alice
A chilly day at the park
I think Jane took this one.
I was Kermit for Halloween. I neglected to get a better picture of Jane's costume, a "horror clown girl." I'm sure I can get her to put it on again at some point.
Sparklers
Jane touching the top column at a climbing birthday party
Alice will stand for a bit if we put her next to something for support
The fox hood doesn't quite fit her.

October
Alice and Andy
Jane playing 5-Minute Marvel, a gift from Grandpa John and Grandma Karen
Baby on a table on a train
Don't worry, if she falls, I'll catch her with my finger.
Jane made a sign to take to the climate strike. It says Save the Environment (or pretty close to that).
Views from the march
Alice and I at the park
I got myself a painting of guineas.
Jane was very proud she'd picked up all three of our laundry balls.
Hitting Jane in the head with cotton candy (AKA candy floss)
Poster for Extinction Rebellion, responsible for many disruptions/protests in the city and worldwide to draw attention to the climate crisis
Alice eating a rice cake
Back at the strike, Jane became a leopard. And a peacock.
Alice likes beets. So there, Wendy!
Getting up on all fours
She must have fallen asleep on her toy one nap time.
Andy came back from GSA quite tired. And then he promptly got sick. We all are. It stinks.
Brollies and wellies on the way to school yesterday.
